What internet speed do I need to watch TV?

You need a constant high speed Internet connection. If your speed dips too low, which can be caused by several people using the same home connection, the image will flicker and may pause every few seconds.

Why video is not playing?

1. Internet TV depends on the origin and not on the software that displays the TV images. Some channels can be off line due to their connection overload or high Internet traffic. Not all channels have a 24 Hours schedule. If you are receiving error messages on certain channel please try later.
2. Some Firewalls block streaming media content. Ask your network administrator to make it enable.
3. Sometimes channels will become unavailable because the company producing it will take it off the air for the short term.

Some channels are not as clear as others, is something wrong?

The video quality is dependent on the broadcaster's own bandwidth; the higher the bandwidth, the better the video quality you will receive.

Buffering - a channel is always stopping and starting, why?

The buffering can not be avoided to an extent. The buffering can be attributed to your Internet connection, you or your home-mate running file sharing P2P software like LimeWire or eMule, your ISP is slow, and the Internet traffic in general is slow.

Do I need pay for the update new version in the future when it comes out?

If you purchase Life Package you get unlimited updates. If you purchase Basic or 3 Year Package you get one year or 3 years updates for free.

Am I able to connect my PC to the TV?

You need to be able to make a compatible connection from your computer to your TV. In the simplest case, your connection from the computer should match the connection on your TV. For example, if your TV has a VGA input and your computer has a VGA output, you need just a cable to connect both together.

Examine the back of your computer for available monitor connections. Depending on your computer's graphic capabilities, you should be able to identify one or more of the following: a 15-pin VGA output, a DVI connection, or an S-Video output. Your computer could support one, two, or all of the connections listed. If you are unsure, refer to the video section of your computer's user manual.

Next, you will need to identify the type of television you have. It will be either an analog or digital TV. If you own an analog television, look for an S-Video input. If you own a digital television, look for an S-Video, 15-pin VGA, component video, or DVI input. Many of the newer televisions, such as Plasma, DLP, or LCD, should have a PC compatible 15-pin VGA input.

If you have a VGA or DVI match, use that for the best image quality and performance. If you have a component connection on your TV and a VGA output on your computer, choose those connections. Use S-Video as a last resort if you have no other choice.

When I connect my notebook to TV, can I get some kind remote control for the notebook?

Yes, Windows Vista comes with Windows Media Center which accepts user input from anywhere in the room through a remote control device. This device looks like a standard remote control for a television or other home entertainment device. The following figure shows a remote control designed for use with a Windows Media Center PC. The appearance of the remote control may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
